Cooking with Cannabis – Show 36

This episode we talk about how to make medicated rooster sauce, aka sriracha!

Homemade Medicated Sriracha

12-13 hot chili peppers

7-10 peeled garlic cloves

1/4 c. Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil (can use marijuana infused olive oil here)

1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar

3 tbsp honey (or you can also use marijuana infused vegetable tincture here)

Roast the peppers and on 350 for 20 minutes or until the top of the peppers are brown. After 10 minutes add garlic to the peppers roasting. After they are roasted, combine all the ingredients in a jar. Let sit in fridge for 24 hours. Blend on high. Refrigerate and serve.
